The Black Simmer

Need help downloading the mods or updating the sims game  ,so I can make cool people and clothes:).

i play my game a lot (avg. 10-15-20 hrs a day), so if you need help, i probably can help you. the only real problem a simmer can have is "not knowing their computer system capabilities"  if your pc is not up to speed with the "minimum requirements" required for game play, then you are putting a square peg in a round hole. it won't work. stop trying!! your game will lag, sputter, colors blurred, and crash. if that's the problem, at least go to minimum settings on graphic's and sound since they are the two categories that eat up RAM the most, and tweak it from there.

My problem starts off that i bought the Island Living Expansion pack for the Sims 4 because it was on sale for black friday. My Sims 4  game was working just fine the day before then the next day i tried to play it after i downloaded that pack. So i go to play them Sims 4 game and it would not let me saying i had to download the updated limited edition because the change with the apple company and the game. I did the download, then went to go play and the game did not want to open or play at all. Has anyone else had this problem and how can i fix it ?
