Detecting broken cc?
« on: January 17, 2018, 12:25:35 pm »
I don't know if there is already for this but is there an easier way to find broken/unwanted cc on Mac? I was using the sims tray importer for a while to get rid of CC, but they will no longer be updating it for Mac. I also heard of using bootcamp to use windows to access the mod detector but it seems like a lot of work just to delete cc.

You're right the only thing us mac users have is the tray importer or accessing the mod conflict detector is through boot camp. The only thing I can tell you is to keep your files organized so it's easier pinpoint which files you want to take out. Also, you can do the 50/50 method as well.

If you create a family with corrupt CC clothing/hair you can use tray importer to pinpoint that. As far as furniture there is a mod conflicted download somewhere on mod the sims
