I don't have much, I have a few, but I've put all trayfiles and similar files in my tray folder, I have cc activated and included in when I'm looking in my library. At this point I'm not sure what to do, it absolutely does not show up in my library

I hope you find the answer, I am having that same issue. although I place it in the tray folder .it does not show in my library.

Do either of you have tray importer? Lots I've downloaded used to not show up in my gallery, then I downloaded sims 4 tray importer, it shows cc and lots downloaded into your game, then the losts showed up in my library

Make sure you've clicked "show custom content"

Is your game up to date with that cc ?

Make sure you have "custom content" clicked while in gallery and make sure the tray files you out in your tray folder do not have sub files !

Sorry I forget to update this, but this issue, is solved thanks to the tray importer comment. Thank you very much.
