Everytime i start up my sims 4 game it says it can not load "error code 3".. i've tried removing mods that i think are messing up my game but it keeps saying the same thing.. if you've had this problem before what did you do or what do you suggest I do?

Run mod conflictor http://modthesims.info/d/561550 see if it tells you that something is broken or accidentally have s3 cc
If nothing, move Sims 4 folder to desk top. Start game. Does it give you the error code?
If it does, repair game
If it doesn't, do the 50/50 method to figure out the cc that's causing the problem.
