Help - New Issue - Game not loading w/CC and MODS after March 2021 update

Greetings Fellow Simmers.  Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

I've been playing for years and always remove my mods folder before any update.  My game does not automatically update.

After the March 2021 update, my game crashes when using MODS and CC.  I am at a standstill.  As per Better Exceptions, I've removed every mod it says is broken.  What's happening now is it keeps saying a different mod is "30 percent causing the error - the "py".  I am completely baffled. 

Looking forward to any help you can provide.  It will be greatly appreciated.  Playing Sims Vanilla is not working for me.   Until then, have an awesome day. Ciao :'( :'( :(
