Labor Crash
« on: March 15, 2017, 11:51:35 am »
So I have a sim in my household who is pregnant with twins, and luckily I saved before the first crash so she is still pregnant and should be expecting twin boys. Every time she goes to the hospital to have her children, the dialog box where you name your kids pops up, and after naming the second twin, the game freezes and crashes. Has anyone experienced this before?

I've had this happen before and it was due to having a cc crib that was no longer functional on my sims' home lot. Not sure if this could be the reason why you're having this issue, but what I ended up doing was removing the cc crib, and using the EA default one. I then had my sim deliver the babies at home with two functional cribs on the lot and she delivered. Hope this helps!

Same thing happened to me first time it happened exactly as you described it would freeze or crash when the box popped up for me to name the baby. Found out it was one of the cc I had installed. Second time it kept saying it was time for one of my teen sims to have her baby but she would never have the baby. She would still chill around the house. I tried to send her to school or a friends house or something to see if that would fix the glitch but it kept saying this sim is in labor and cannot travel. I fast forward the game and basically she never had the child. Wasn't until I moved one of the mods I used that it actually worked. Go through your mods first and see if that is causing the issue and then try to remove the latest cc you installed to see if that works. Most likely it is one of the cc you have in your game. Hope this helps.
