why is the quality of my sims so bad

In CAS my sims look great but in game they're kind of blurry.

these are what my graphics settings look like.

Maybe it's because you have visual effects on low, I don't know, maybe try messing with your settings and see if it get's better.

Hit Uncompressed Sim Textures!!!!
And mayyybe Postprocessing effects. ;D

put everything on high turn off sync, merge for cc, take out bad cc in game, make sure the game is windowed to be faster thats what know and what i do and my game is fine but i still have to merge my cc

I would also put the lightning high , the buttons under like laptop mode & so on I have also unchecked ;)
