Random teenagers coming into my Sim's house?!?

Lately I have noticed random teenager sims (with absolutely no friendship or family relationship with my sims) coming into their house. One of the sims' names is BRUCE and the other is LUNA. They hog the computer, they eat up my food, I ask them to leave and its as if they don't hear me!!

What's going on? Has anyone else experienced this?
