My Game Is Glitching?
« on: December 16, 2017, 12:58:48 am »
Before you even read the confusing part, hereís the link to the video of me asking for help.

Alright. So usually my game isnít all that bad after updates. Even the update on 12/12/17 had my game working fine. But when WINDOWS updated , all hell broke loose. My game is like an old tv with the glitching now. To better explain, itís like those old. HS recorders. When you rewind sometimes you get static ? Itís like that but all the time. Iíll record a video and link the YouTube video to this post so that someone can see. Can someone help me or direct me to a different place that can help me with this problem ?

Have you tried seeing if there was an update for your video card?  Seems like its more on the hardware side of things rather then software.  I have never owned an HP so I'm not sure how they handle drivers but you can try going to their website and looking for drivers for your particular laptop and see if there is anything updated there.  I would also try moving your sims 4 folder out of your documents and allowing the game to create a new one and see if that fixes it.  Maybe something was corrupted in the sims 4 config.  Those are the best case scenarios.  Does this happen in any other games or Videos?  Worst case scenario would be that you could have either a failing display or a video card :(   If its the latter I would get in touch with HP.
