Pregnant Sims Not Showing😩 Help!

Hi,

I have a question about pregnant sims. Lately and it just started. No matter how far along my sims are when they are pregnant they never show. I love the way my pregnant sims look and it’s driving me crazy. Does anybody else have this problem and if so how do you fix it?  Thanks in advance for any and all help
