The Black Simmer

So I'm back again with ANOTHER problem. I updated my game for the November 7th patch, and it worked fine. A few minor issues with script mods, but it got sorted out. Yesterday, November 8th it gave me the option to update my game again (I'm assuming for bug fixes), but when I tried updating it, I got the error code 327683:0. So I restarted computer. No change. I repaired the game. Nothing. I've taken out all CC/Mods. I've uninstalled the game and Origin. I still get this message. I thought maybe I didn't have enough storage on my computer. I went through and deleted the stuff from my trash can, and any unwanted CC. Still nothing. What do I do? (

did you disable custom content? and delete the online thumbcache?

I can't disable custom content because I can't get into the game, but I'll try deleting the thumbcache
