Title: I need to know if I have the correct specifications to play sims on PC

I recently unearthed my PC from storage, i was an avid Sims Player but My brother passed away, and i pretty much stopped doing all things we used to do together playing games certain movies and shows, and im slowly dowing that. So i bought my computer some years ago and its been 2 years since i opened it up. So i took it out set it up to specificaly Play Sims again. I bought the Sims 4 Digital Deluxe game from Origin that i had to redownload. I just want to know with these specifications is there a way to upgrade my computer to get the best out of playing and should i rather buy the game on a disc as oppposed from origin?

AMD A8-6410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics 2.00 GHz 64- bit operating system x64 operating system Windows 8.1.

I also have an xbox one, id rather play on a PC
