Did you run the batch fixes for Sims 4 Studio recently?  If anything failed to patch Sims 4 Studio automatically removes them from the mods folder and stores them in a backup folder.  You can just paste them back into your mods folder.  That error comes up when CC has been removed from your mods directory.

I didn't run a batch fix (partly bc idk what that is tehehe). Ohh that makes sense but where would I find this backup folder?
