To reduce loading time you could try merging your files together with Sims4Studio. Make sure you keep a backup file though! Or reduce your cc x

Have you tried batch fixing your cc with sims4studio? Also try reparing your game in origin

I think the only way to do so is if you categorise them yourself in Sims4Studio.. In the Sims 3 there was a mod called "NRASS" which let you put multiple accessories on your sim but no one has made a mod like this yet in Sims 4 to my knowledge  :'(
