The Black Simmer

 My game keeps crashing and I think it's because I have too many expansion packs running at the same time (Base+ City Living, Get Together, Go To Work, and Cat's and Dog's). I want to uninstall a few games but they were bought without a disk and were downloaded. I can't find them in the C-Drive and I would appreciate if someone told me how to uninstall downloaded expansion packs. As Salaam U Alaikum

 For that reason (not knowing which mod or cc is causing the last exception error) I don't keep a lot of cc or mods. I probably have 5 mods running and a "dresser drawer" of clothes (cc) for each type of item worn by the different ages of sims. Example: 5 men's pants, 5 shirts, 5 shoes, 5 hairs, and 5 full body clothing. In this way if a shirt or pair of pants go bad, it's easier to find. Why have 100 shirts and 100 pants when the most you can wear  is 5 for each category (everyday, formal, party...etc) for each sim? If I had any help to give it would be to start a new folder, and place a limited amount of your favorite cc and mods in that folder, and to use that folder for your game. The  "last exception error" may be annoying, but it is trying to keep you from further injuring your PC by continuing to use something that's causing a problem. As Salaam U Alaikum

 I recently deleted all of my cc and mods from my folder, and then re-loaded them from scratch. I've noticed the spots on the hair menu but it never shows up in my game. I use the melanin pack and it works fine. However, b4 you delete something and re-load it you might to tweak the graphics. At the very least the "sim graphics" have to be on it's highest level. The other ones can be tweaked btw off and high. I hope this helps. As Salaam U Alaikum

Xmiramira! I Abdul19591 would love to commend you on your invention (The Black Simmer Forum). Well thought out are the different categories and their purpose's in the forum. I'm sure Tylenol and Excedrin made money from you to get rid of the headache's that deep thought brought about as you pondered the format/template of this forum. Also your video was super (for lack of a better term) well explained. It was like "The Black Simmer for Dummies". Leave it to a New York Sister to come with her s--t together. You did that. It's all good. It's a lot to this game and we all can help each other at times. Peace!!!

Buy another bed. Sometimes the bed is the problem. It' sounds like you have the wickedwhims mod as well. Buy another bed. I had that problem once.

Solution!!! Change "sim detail" to "Highest", "object detail" to "high", and laptop mode to "off" (unchecked). It worked for me. Peace.
