Hello! Welcome! I'm still sort of new myself Carl Sims 4 has a pretty good guide for the game. They also have videos as well that may be helpful to you. They have guides that explain the basics such aspirations, needs, cheats, relationships, skills, emotions, traits, and so on. There are also guides for more advanced things such as using cheats and guides for expansion packs or stuff packs. On the main page under guides it allows you to choose exactly what you are looking to learn more about. I would start with general game-play info.
