Are you making sure you use the bb.moveobjects cheat before placing the lot? That could be a reason, as well as some of the CC may be locked due to a game pack or expansion you may be missing (in the case you don't own all the packs).

I don't have a specific brand to recommend to you, but the first step would be to start by finding a laptop that will be able to run the full base game -- WITHOUT CC since that's the most important part. Laptops that are cheaper also don't have a lot of major components that you need to have. Then once you add in CC, you're going to need to be sure to monitor how much you download since more than likely the cheaper the laptop the less storage you're going to be able to have to run the base game AND have cc.

That's the link to the specs for the base game, so you should start looking for laptops based on those recommended specs and then it should make it easier once you add in the price point you want to go after as well.

Yeah, unfortunately, there isn't one, I'd just suggest taking the time to go through and organize your mods folder and go in and out of the game to see what does and doesn't work if possible.

In the meantime, I'm marking this as solved.

Yes it is normal depending on your computer spec, the size of your mods folder, as well as the amount of space you have left to run the game on your cpu. It's a pretty taxing game with mods and in order to make the most of your mods and speed up your load time, you'll either need to downsize on the number of mods in your folder or consider merging your mods.

I will warn you that in doing that, you make it impossible to find any mods you may need to take out if they break in the future, but at least consider the suggestion.

To my knowledge, there's no way to fix a broken or corrupt save file. I would just suggest to always keep up with saves, make sure you make multiple save files and backups just in the off chance something does happen.

I'm gonna put this down as SOLVED.

If it won't get fixed more than likely the cc itself needs to be updated by the creator. I'd try reaching out to them to ask them questions and see if they've had any other people ask them about it.

You may need to reach out to the creators of those mods specifically to get a more clear and helpful answer. Because outside of people here asking if your mods folder is in order, if you batch fixed, did you repair your game, etc. If you reach out to Basemental (drug mod) and Sacraficial (Extreme Violence), I'm pretty sure they'd be of more use.

I do know Basemental has a discord, I'm not sure if Sacraficial does but he is pretty active on twitter and it always looking to help people out with mod problems.
