Maybe the creator of the lot didn't provide all of the cc links.

Get a computer that can handle the specs of the game. Mac books aren't that great for the sims 4 and I should know because I use to own one. A mac desktop maybe a different story. If you want your sims game to run like butter, I suggest investing in a gaming laptop. With a good amount of ram, gaming card and processor the game should run well.

Are you getting a laptop or desktop? If you want your game to play like butter expect to spend some money.

Try taking out your mods folder. If the game loads then you know it's your cc. Download the mod conflictor to take out the bad cc or you can use the 50/50 method by taking out some cc and start up the game and see if it loads.

If you want your sims game to run smooth like butter expect to spend some coins. Get a gaming laptop that can handle the game with a good processor, memory and graphics card.

HELP ME! / Re: I need help! Mod Folder broken
« on: May 27, 2018, 03:24:47 pm »
You may have an out dated mod or broken cc. Make sure all of your mods are up to date. If you're still having problems then you can do the 50/50 method to see which cc is causing problems.

HELP ME! / Re: CC DISAPPEARS AFTER MERGE!!
« on: May 27, 2018, 03:11:22 pm »
When you make a merge make sure all of the separated files merge together because sometimes all the files don't mere especially if you have large amount of files or the size of the files. For instance, if you have a lot of hair files which are large files you may want to cut down the amount of those files you merged together. Also, always keep a back up of unmerged files.

HELP ME! / Re: Decompression Failed
« on: May 17, 2018, 05:47:12 pm »
Check and see if the file is FULLY downloaded then try again.

or try to Unzip the file in Terminal here are the steps:
1) Open Terminal. You can use the Mac search at the top right and start typing Terminal. It will appear, click on it to open the program.
2) Type “unzip” and a space, then drag/drop the zip file into the Terminal window.
3) Press Enter and the zip file will be unzipped, storing all files on your computer.

Your unzipped files will go to your user account folder which you can easily access using Finder.

If it still doesn't work I suggest downloading winzip or zipeg.
