HELP ME! / Help! Game not loading.

So I uninstalled my game a couple weeks ago. Last night I went through and reinstalled origin and sims 4 to my comp. it opened the game but once my game packs finished downloading the game won't open now. I'm not sure if it's because of where my game is installed in the Game library location or what. I'm playing on a MAC btw and never had problems before.

HELP ME! / Game Keeps Crashing

Hey guys! So for the last two days my game has been crashing. First it was when I tried to save my sims after CAS then the next time it actually let me save my sims but as soon as I moved them into a lot it crashed. I went through my CC and I found some duplicate CC deleted those thinking that could've bee the problem but when I just tried to play one of my old house holds now it crashed again.

I'm hoping someone could help me figure out the problem. I'm attaching a link to the LastCrash.txt

HELP ME! / Poly Count

I've noticed that a lot of Build/Buy items have a high poly count of like 1000+. I read somewhere on tumblr not do download items with high poly. Is it bad for the game?

Does anyone else's name take forever to save? Especially after CAS?

This is the second time I've tried making a sim and whenever I try to save it takes forever then tells me it can't save.

I've been seeing a lot of posts about mods and I've been seeing a lot of poses on tumblr and a few on here too. Can someone explain to me how they work and what I need to download to for them to work.

It could be many different reasons but I would personally take out everything and see if it works, if it does work with no cc then you probably got sims bad cc or some sim 3 cc by mistake. If it is cc related I would use mod conflict detector to see if you have any non sims 4 files then slowly add 5-10 pieces of new cc at a time. Sometimes if you put in a lot of high poly things or outdated mods you can be stuck on a loading screen for hours unless you force stop it. Good luck!!

I've been trying to find the mod conflict detector for macs but no such luck. Thank you!

HELP ME! / Frozen Game? CC overload?

Does anyone's game Freeze after loading CC's onto the mods folder? Can you have too much CC in the game?

It was frozen yesterday after adding some CC's I went through and added by maker and it worked. Just tried to play and it's been frozen on the Sims 4 Screen.

So I downloaded a bunch of house CC ( paintings, floors, mats, shelves etc.) I put them in the mods like we do all other CC but they don't show up on my game. Am I doing something wrong?
